계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내 (WheelyX)

WheelyX(개발자: KANGSTERS)를 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 앱을 삭제(제거)하신 것과 별개로 계정 및 계정에 연동된 데이터는 자동으로 삭제되지 않으므로, 아래 방법을 통해 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.

삭제 요청 방법아래 이메일로 "계정 삭제 요청"이라는 제목과 함께 가입 시 사용하신 이메일 주소(또는 계정 정보)를 보내주세요.

처리 절차요청을 받으신 후 본인 확인 절차를 거쳐 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 계정 정보 및 관련 데이터를 삭제해드립니다. 법령상 일정 기간 보관이 필요한 정보(관계 법령에 따른 거래 기록 등)가 있는 경우, 해당 정보는 관련 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 별도 보관 후 파기됩니다.

삭제되는 정보계정 정보, 프로필 정보, 앱 이용 과정에서 수집된 개인정보가 삭제됩니다.

Thank you for using WheelyX (developer: KANGSTERS). Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or associated data. To request deletion, please contact us using the method below — no need to reinstall or log back into the app.

How to request deletionSend an email to the address below with the subject "Account Deletion Request," including the email address (or account information) you used to sign up.

ProcessAfter verifying your identity, we will delete your account and associated data within 7 business days. Certain information that must be retained under applicable law (e.g., transaction records) will be securely retained for the legally required period and then destroyed.
